Return and Refund Policy

Returns Policy

All sales are final. We may accept returns subject to the following:

If goods have been sent incorrectly please contact us within 7 days to arrange collection.

Faulty goods must be returned within 7 days of supply clearly indicated without defacing the garment.

Returns will only be accepted by prior arrangement. You should ring with the list of the goods to be returned.

Any orders which the client has opted to collect from our premises, will be subject to a £5 per day handling charge if not collected within 14 days from date of invoice.

Please note with the exception of faulty goods and mis-ships, Dan Perkins Design Print  will use its discretion whether or not to accept goods for return.

Returns will incur a 20% handling charge per garment subject to 

(a) they are returned to us unused (other than for the purpose of trying on the garment), 

(b) there isn’t any print or embroidery on the garment. The garments need to be returned within 7 days of delivery.

Artwork Policy

No artwork will be returned unless requested. Setup charges relate to the production of artwork print to create an image. The image remains the copyright of the customer; the print, and embroidery disks remain the property of Dan Perkins Design Print. All artwork is stored for an indefinite period free of charge.

Refunds

Due to the customised nature of the products, refunds are not available on customised orders unless the products are defective. If you believe your products are defective you must contact Dan Perkins Design Print  immediately. Returns will not be accepted if products have been used, worn or washed.

Cancellation policy

Once the purchase order has been signed you are able to cancel the order however artwork is still chargeable. Once the artwork approval form has been signed and accepted you are unable to cancel the order.

Payment Policy

Goods will be made available 7-14 working days from receipt of a signed order approval or proof. Please note that if you are NOT an account customer, delivery will be made 7-14 working days from Dan Perkins Design Print after receiving payment for the goods. All non-account customers are required to provide Dan Perkins Design Print  with invoice details & will be invoiced for payment at the time of placing the order. No progress will be made stock ordered until this has been paid. 

Embroidery/Print of Customer Supplied Garments

Dan Perkins Design Print shall not be held liable for any customer supplied garments. The customer assumes all risk for items not purchased through Dan Perkins Design Print. Dan Perkins Design Print will not replace garments that have not been sold by us. All carriage costs for apply and delivery of the customer supplied garments will be borne by the customer.
